Okay Glam-Aholics I’m offically obsessed with Stacey Dash’s character “Val” on VH1 scripted show ‘Single Ladies’ fashion!!! Like many of you, I was a bit worried that this show would be another “angry black women tv show” with childish drama *cough* ‘Basketball Wives’ but when I tuned it to the season premiere …girls I was totally wrong. The script is tastefully written and the fashion is killing me softly. Last Monday I couldn’t take it anymore I had to find out who was the master mind behind Val’s wardrobe on the show…you could imagine how presently surprised I was when I found out it was none other than my favorite Project Runway alumni Anthony Williams!!!

OMGoodness!!! Anthony Williams was my fav designer on Project Runway! I knew he was going places from day one. Loved, Loved, Loved the pink & green Ensemble w blue Lous! My other fav is the White Dress Val wore to brunch @ the Mansion…Kiesha & April’s wardrobe is awesome as well! Can’t wait to see more fashion & what the show has to offer. SN: Mr. Williams, I need that skirt in PINK!!! Keep doing your thing.

Yes — agree “Single Ladies” fashion is great — especially Val’s clothes.
Like your choices — but also note the outfit – black cigarette pants (slightly cropped) with the peplum starched with top (so exagerated it almost had “wings” at her hips) — And also the outfit she wore out on her date with the “Jerry” (sports team owner) at the fancy restaurant — very colorful! (And last night’s mauve “poufed in front” spaghetti-strap dress pretty nice too!)
Yes I too was pleasantly surprised when I heard Anthany was the man behind Val’s style. I just LOVE him and Val’s style is always fabulous! I loved the pink top with the green skirt with the bow, FIERCE!! Also the sheer night gown Val wore, so sexy! I love it, where can I get it please?
