As I went “window shopping” this weekend at one of my favorite stores Forever 21, I came across a piece that looked so familiar. I know I’d seen this sweater on someone before, but I couldn’t quite put my finger on it…all I knew is that I had to have it! So you all can guess that it no longer became “window shopping” and I actually made a purchase lol!

When I finally made it home and tried the sweater on it clicked! I’d remember seeing Angela Simmons and Rihanna both in a similar piece, except it was a dress! An Alexander Wang cutout dress with leather shoulder patches to be exact! I wanted that dress soooo bad when I first laid eyes on it, but once I saw the price tag…I immediately changed my mind and went on about my day lol! So you guys know I was so stoked to find a piece inspired from the Alexander Wang dress, and for so much cheaper 🙂
Rihanna dressed her look up with pumps, while Angela did the opposite in high top Python Giuseppe sneakers!
