I’m obsessed with wearing sequin during the holiday season! I can’t get enough! Every time I’m shopping my eyes scan to the glittery shiny material sprawled onto dozen of items. Soon as the holidays roll around, I break out my sequins tops, blazers and accessories to get my wardrobe in the holiday spirit. But, for a while I’ve wanted a pair of sequin pants and couldn’t seem to find a good quality pair anywhere. So, one night while just browsing on ASOS.com, I stumbled across a pair of leggings that just happen to be maternity! Before I could even let out a burst of excitement I added the pants to my cart and checked out!
I knew I wanted to go in a different direction when I rocked my sequin leggings but, I couldn’t figure out what. Usually, I get tons of inspiration from my favorite fab celebs but, since I’m pregnant their looks wouldn’t flatter my figure. Since I was going to the Big Sean concert, this would be the perfect time to wear my leggings. So I dialed up my Auntie (she’s like my fashion oracle lol) and she told me to wear a menswear look. Why didn’t I think of that!? So, I borrowed my boyfriend’s white button up, used my daughter’s headband as a bow tie and slipped on a pair of studded loafers to complete my menswear look.
