This time around Fall calls for a showcase of your assets. No longer is wearing your bedroom attire while out in public a big fashion “no no”. Everything from exposed bras, harnesses, knee high stockings, garters, boudoir and of course corsets are having a fashion moment.
These lingerie inspired looks have been making some noise on the runway and red carpet. It’s something like giving off some 50 Shades Of Gray realness wearing your bra while out & about! And just because we’re talking lingerie, that doesn’t mean we want you to step out in a lace teddy on your way to the market. Keep it classy not trashy. Pick one area to showcase and balance out the rest of your look with ladylike pieces. Just a peek a boo of skin will be enough to turn up the heat!
Soon as Mia Ray sent me a picture of this trend on the rise, I knew creating a balanced look would be difficult, but I was up for the challenge. I knew my friend’s birthday party would be the perfect opportunity to wear this sexy look. My top was way more than enough, so I decided to keep everything minimal.
