On her unique love of fashion since childhood : “He worked a super-corporate job,” she remembers. “And naturally he just wanted us to look nice, and six-year-old me came out in a tutu and tap shoes. He said, ‘No. Not this time.’ It was the first situation where he really gave me a look and sent me to my room. He was upset. My personal fashion idol Solange covers the August issue of Lucky Magazine. I love her vibe of wise words, but with a cover and shoot like this, I would prefer a larger spread of nothing but photos lol! This vibrant layout is right on time for Summer, almost time to transition into Fall. The festive colorful looks that she’s dishing are giving me all the inspiration I need for adding new pieces to my closet, I’m ready to go shopping RIGHT NOW!
