What Mia Ray Wore: Pnk Elephant x @FlynessNoStylist

This weekend I ditched my kids, well one of them, the oldest came along on this episode of #DateNight. Anyhow, getting out of the house for our weekly dates has become a signature highlight in my life and my closet. Now when I go shopping I always search for pieces specifically for this occasion. I often find myself not wanting to do the same look twice, something like a #DateNight challenge and I always look forward to those three words “You look nice!” #WINNING   This outing called for something comfy and warm since we were going for a simple trip to the movies. I figured that I wanted to go super casual, but decided to throw on a pair of heels to add a little “umph” to my look for the both of us ha! After hearing those three words, I realized my job was done.

I’ve been buttoning the top button of my flannels since middle school, I have the picture to prove it (I refuse to show you guys because I look like a chubby little boy #whomp). But as of lately, this “west side”-bred look has been popping back up from coast to coast. With my Pnk Elephant flannel buttoned, custom @flynessnostylist distressed jeans zipped, my favorite pair of black strappy sandals tied….my #DateNight look was complete!
