Looking forward to The Rachel Zoe Project returning next month to my weekly reality show obsession, I was wayyyy too excited when I finally got to lay eyes on her sophomore collection! The color way is exquisite, the fabrics are delicate & smooth and in the words of RZ…the pieces are just plain ole’ B A N A N A S.
Honestly when I saw the collection, I got the vibe of Rachel’s closet of course. And also “drug dealer’s wife” chic. I’m talking Sharon Stone in ‘Casino’. A particular era… the 70’s and early 80’s. Over-sized sunglasses, dramatic vintage inspired dresses, silk jump suits, blazers & high-waist chiffon slacks. The epitome of being able to rock runway fashion in the real world…
